Cooking instructions:
Add 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil to a heavy pan over medium heat.
Carefully add the desired amount of meatballs to the pan.
Sear patties for 2-4 minutes per side.
Season as desired with salt and pepper.
Use a probe thermometer to ensure meatballs reach 74°C.
After frying the meatballs may be added to your preferred sauce.
