Cooking instructions:

Add 2-3 tbsp of preferred vegetable oil to a heavy pan over medium heat.
Carefully add the desired number of patties to the pan.
Sear the patties on both sides. Cook for at least 4 minutes on each side.
Season as desired.
Use a probe thermometer to ensure patties reach 74°C.
